How to Use:
Please clean the wall with the rag first. Tear off the adhesive on back of the patches and paste them to the wall. Then remove the protective film on the surface.
Note: these decals cannot be used to the dusty, uneven walls.

Lift your arm so that your upper arm is in a horizontal position and circle around the thickest part of your upper arm with a measuring tape
